Individual sessions support adults who are navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, or life transitions.

Our work together weaves talk therapy, Internal Family Systems, and expressive movement practices.

You do not need to be a dancer. Subtle movement, breath, posture, and gesture are often enough to reveal important inner experiences.

Through compassionate exploration, parts can be understood, burdens can release, and your system can begin to reorganize around greater Self-leadership.
